Pedestrian Series

This series was inspired by the life of a pedestrian in NYC, where one is always looking down to see where one is going. The sidewalks take on an aesthetic of their own and are changing with each step or section the pedestrian takes as they move through to their destination. The textures, the ever changing debris, the randomness of composition each section takes on, the accidental quality of the poured concrete, and contributions made by man and mother nature all contribute to each final statement.These are part rubbing, prints, and drawings...
